Sake Consultant - Kiru (2015 – 2017). Premium Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar in Chelsea launched in 2015.

Wine and Sake Consultant - NZR Restaurants (2013 to 2017). Multi-brand restaurant group launching restaurant concepts in London with a view to rolling out the brands internationally – currently includes Chotto Matte (2013-2016), Black Roe (2016-2017) and Bouillabaisse (2015-2016). Retained contract.

Wine Consultant - Zanzibar Hotel and Pier Nine Restaurant (June 2011 – 2016). South coast boutique hotel and restaurant featuring fine food and wines.

 

Beverage Director - Moti Mahal (2013 – 2016). Indian fine dining restaurant in Covent Garden. Retained contract.
 
Restaurant Consultant - FOLD (2015 - 2016). Affordable Vietnamese street food restaurant in Brick Lane launched in September 2015.
 
Wine Consultant - The Door Restaurant Group (2012 -2015). High end City brasserie for a crowd who work in the financial services industry. 

 

Wine Manager - Rose and Crown, Edward Halls Pub Group (2010 – 2014). Gastropub based in Great Horkesley, British food with local provenance in a pub environment with fine wines. Retained contract.

 

Wine Consultant - Mews at Mayfair (2007-2008). High-end bar, club, restaurant concept based in the heart of Mayfair. 

 

Restaurant Consultant - Firecracker Grill (2006 -2010). Mid-range, casual dining, South American themed restaurant based in Suffolk, part of a larger project incorporating chilli farm, shop and BBQ/Taco shack. 

 

Wine Advisor - Ping Pong Restaurant Group (2005-2007). Casual dining, contemporary Asian restaurant chain with 8 locations in central London.
