For over 12 years I've been working with restaurant partners of all sizes, as a consultant or stakeholder, from concept inception phase through to launch and beyond. I am a restaurant start up specialist, hospitality/beverage consultant and educator who brings projects extensive operational knowledge, a creative and concept-driven mind-set and special expertise in beverage management. I frequently take long term contracts with clients and work closely with the management team.
